
Italian Classics Cooking Class Series Saturday, May 25
Whether you are a seasoned home cook or mastering the art of boiling water, Chef Mychael Bonner’s monthly Saturday cooking demonstrations are not to be missed. On Saturday, May 25, he’s joined by Italian-food lovers Marianne and Bob Sirott of WGN. While picking up a few tricks of the trade, you’ll also enjoy a four-course lunch paired with wine. A dish from the class will stay on our regular menu with the proceeds going towards the Sirott’s charity of choice.
First Course:
Olive oil poached tuna salad w/ Tuscan kale & crispy shallots
Second Course:
Bob’s Pasta & Meatballs – Cavatelli w/ butter, onion & Parmesan served w/ meatballs
Third Course:
Marianne’s Grilled Skirt Steak w/ salsa verde
Fourth Course:
Strawberry Gelato w/ rosemary ice-wine syrup
Tuition is $29.95 and includes lunch, wine, demonstration and recipe cards to take home. Class begins promptly at 11am and runs until 1pm. Seating is limited and reservations are required. To make your reservation, please call 847-777-6878.
